Fuel cells. Transformers. Battery storage. Zenith Volts Manufacturing is the factory side of Zenith Volts — designing American power hardware, starting with the equipment our own Roswell campus needs.
The AI build-out is short on power hardware, not ideas. We are building the factory to supply the demand.
Every new data center needs power equipment that the market can't deliver fast enough. Transformers are experiencing year-plus lead times. Firm, clean, around-the-clock power is the hardest thing to buy.
Zenith Volts is answering by making its own supply. One parent, one campus, one supply chain: we design the equipment, we build it in Chaves County, and our own campus is the first customer.
Zenith Volts is developing an off-grid power and data campus on ranchland outside Roswell. Phase 1 is designed around 10 MW net of around-the-clock power, with 258 MWh of battery storage and fuel cells in reserve. Phase 2 grows it to 45 MW net. Every unit it needs is an order for the factory floor.
The campus build-out is the first order on the books — fuel cells, transformers and storage, sized from the project's own equipment list.
Every unit is designed to run first on our own campus, in the New Mexico heat, before it is offered to anyone else.
Then the same products go to data-center developers, utilities and solar builders facing years-long equipment queues.
Volume brings cost down, and the line expands — across the U.S. and into international markets.
A 40-foot solid-oxide power module designed for firm, around-the-clock power — no combustion, and designed with carbon capture built in, not bolted on after. Built to stand behind a solar-and-storage campus and keep the lights on through every night.
The equipment the whole industry is waiting on. ZV-PT is a three-phase, liquid-filled pad-mount and skid transformer family for solar stations, battery yards and data halls — designed around biodegradable natural-ester fluid and next-generation efficiency standards.
A battery factory planned around licensed cell technology, with Zenith owning the plant. The cells it makes are designed for the storage yards that carry a solar campus through the night — starting with our own.
Zenith Volts signed a ten-year Manufacturing Investment, Local-Content & Workforce Development Agreement with the county's economic development corporation in July 2026. The factories are planned for Hagerman, with a training center to put local people on the line.
First units are sourced in the U.S., and the heavy steel stays American. At production rate, precision components are planned to come through partners in Japan — with domestic-content credit in view from day one.
